PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
We're proud of our work. Here are some highlights of what we've created.

The Machines
Our team has a serious passion for digital fabrication, CNC machines, robots, etc. So whenever we have down time we tend to be building machines to expand our capabilities and flex our mind muscles, all while keeping costs down.
The first CNC router was built in 2017 currently awaiting to be reconfigured into a CNC plasma cutter.
Our Second machine is a 5’ x 8’ CNC router we built in 2018. Equipped with a rotary automatic tool changer and servo motors, making a production time as fast and efficient as possible

Our 3rd machine, a 4’ x 10’ CNC router was built in 2020 to complete a job making foldable Kayaks.

Last but not least, during the shutdown in April we built a CNC mill to assist us in making parts for our machines.
Keep an eye our for the plasma cutter and a hydraulic press brake build in the near future…
Foldable Kayaks by Tuck Tek
After the completion of an incredibly successful Kickstarter campaign raising over 1.9 million. Tuck Tek needed to produce over 10,000 kayaks as quickly as possible. Shamrock Plastics had been helping them develop and produce the product and needed a little help pushing out the large order. We jumped on it and built a machine to help them. We were up and running in a little over a month. Successfully producing 2000 Kayaks to help complete the order.
We love seeing innovative new ways to put our machines to use. We believe that these machines are the future. Projects that utilize digital fabrication such as these, help reduce our dependence on China and bring a much needed boost to our local and national economy. As far as we’re concerned Tuck Tek hit it out of the park with their unique foldable Kayaks design. We were super happy to be able to assist them both in completing their first big production run.

Have an idea for an innovative way to use CNC machines. Reach out to us, we’d love to hear about it and help make it a reality!
Awal Wandering Jewelry Line
During the great shut down of 2020, one of our co-founders' girlfriend was laid off from her job in the restaurant industry. During this down time she was inspired by what the laser cutter in our shop was capable of, and immediately got to work. We helped her with the design process and coached her on all the ins and outs of starting a business.
Within about a month she had over 2 dozen designs, had her Etsy shop up and was accepted to be a vendor at the farmers market. She had a massively successful first year.

Wallee Golf
Speaking of innovative products. We’ve been helping Chris Lombardi of Soccer Pool World and Lombardi Yacht sales develop a new product called Wallee Golf. We just completed our first production run of 50. Check ‘um out!
Monogram Letters
A couple years ago we were asked if we could make Monogram letter door hangers for a local Beachwear store. We jumped on it and have been wholesaling them to stores all over the southern region.
We currently have around 20 different designs. If you're interested in purchasing some for your store, reach out to us!

Domecandy
Domecandy was a passion project of one of the founders of Small Batch Fabrication. Where he and a friend repurposed old suitcases into portable speakers. The idea for a design led him into the realm of digital fabrication and is quietly working on a new speaker design using a CNC machine. Check out the website for updates. https://domecandy.com/
Vintage Market Days
We came into contact with Kellie who organizes the Vintage Market in Myrtle Beach. She needed a sign on the fly, being only a few days before the event. Luckily we were able to crank it out in time. Kellie was awesome to work with and was super pleased with what we came up with.
